As a young man I realized my dream of coming to America, I arrived in Wisconsin with very little in terms of material items but I had more than enough of determination to get me started on the road to realizing the American Dream. When I arrived I didn't speak English, my first job was working as a dishwasher where I worked hard and learned the language in order to move up in the restaurant industry.
While waiting tables on the weekends I started to pick up paint jobs for area contractors during the week. Right away I felt my passion for painting and working with home owners in order to make their homes more beautiful.
After a few years I met my wife June, we were married and started our family. Along with raising our young children we started Action Painting with one paint project, a ladder, and a car. After being in business for 18 successful years we are ready to expand into our new business venture.
Action Industrial Coatings was born from the experience Ruben had while adding Epoxy Coatings into our business. We offer training in Spanish along with locations to learn hands on with our products & equipment. At Action Industrial Coatings we distribute the highest quality concrete coatings, durable equipment, training, and support in Spanish & English.
