1. Participant Cancellations
Participants may cancel their registration
on or before
November 2, 2026
and receive a 100% refund of
program fees paid.
Beginning
November 3, 2026,
program fees are nonrefundable
for participant-initiated cancellations.
This includes registrations submitted
and paid for on or after that date.
These terms apply to Installation Training,
Business Launch, and any additional
same-company training attendee fees.
Participants who cannot attend may
request to substitute another individual
from the same company. Substitutions
require prior approval from
Action Industrial Coatings (AIC)
and are subject to applicable
program and capacity requirements.
2. Class Confirmation
AIC anticipates making its go/no-go
decision by
November 3, 2026,
based on paid registrations
and operational considerations.
November 3 is a target confirmation
date. Written confirmation does not
eliminate the possibility of a later
cancellation or rescheduling
by AIC.
Participants traveling to Appleton
are encouraged to wait for written
class confirmation before making
nonrefundable travel or accommodation
arrangements.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by AIC
Action Industrial Coatings reserves
the right to cancel or reschedule
the training at any time,
for operational or other reasons.
If AIC cancels the training,
participants will receive a
100% refund of all program fees paid
,
regardless of the cancellation date.
This includes fees paid for Installation
Training, Business Launch, and additional
same-company training attendees.
If AIC reschedules the training,
participants may choose to attend
the new training date or receive
a full refund of program fees paid.
4. Travel & Accommodation Expenses
Participants are responsible
for their own travel, lodging,
transportation, and related expenses.
AIC does not reimburse airfare,
hotel reservations, rental vehicles,
transportation, lost wages,
or other expenses associated
with attending the training,
including expenses resulting
from cancellation, postponement,
or rescheduling.
Participants traveling from
outside the Appleton area
are encouraged to make flexible
or refundable reservations.
5. Business Launch Deliverables
Business Launch includes the two-day
installation training for one attendee
from the enrolled company, a customized
company-owned WordPress website,
initial local Google Search campaign
setup, and sales, marketing, and
business operations resources.
AIC will begin individualized
Business Launch work only after
payment has been received and
the class has been confirmed,
and no earlier than
November 3, 2026.
Website development and advertising
preparation take place separately
from the two-day installation training.
Delivery timelines will be coordinated
with each company and may extend
beyond the training dates.
Initial Google Search campaign activation
requires customer approval and is subject
to Google's advertising policies and
approval process. Advertising spend
is the customer's responsibility.
Ongoing campaign management
is not included.
The first month of website hosting
is included. Continued hosting and
shared business resources are available
through an optional $79/month founding
member program. Membership is not
required to retain ownership of
the completed website.
AIC's goal is to help Business Launch
companies become ready to attract
customers within days after training.
Specific delivery dates, advertising
approvals, leads, sales, and business
results are not guaranteed.
6. Registration & Payment
Submitting a registration request
does not guarantee a seat
in the training.
AIC will review registration requests
and email an invoice for the
selected training program.
No payment is collected through
the online registration form.
Installation Training is $1,295
per person. Business Launch is
$4,995 per company at limited-time
founders pricing and includes one
training attendee. Additional
same-company attendees may be
accepted for $999 per person,
subject to capacity and approval.
A training seat is confirmed
only after payment is received.
Business Launch provides one
company-level package regardless
of the number of additional
training attendees.
By completing registration and
submitting payment, participants
acknowledge and agree to the
cancellation and refund terms
outlined above.
