Once approved, that project becomes your hands-on classroom. You'll work alongside experienced AIC instructors using professional equipment, coating materials, and installation techniques while gaining experience on an actual project in your market.

- Manageable project size and scope that can reasonably support the planned two-day training program.
- Accessible work area with sufficient space for participants, equipment, materials, and safe movement.
- Suitable working conditions including concrete condition, site readiness, weather, and other factors affecting installation.
- Property owner permission if the project belongs to a friend, family member, customer, or another third party.
- Location and scheduling feasibility for AIC instructors, equipment, travel, and the selected public or private training format.

No. Submitting a host application is free and does not obligate you to enroll or make a payment. AIC reviews each application and contacts qualified applicants to discuss project suitability, hosting options, and next steps.
Do I need to own the property where training takes place?
No. Your training project could be your own garage, patio, or another suitable concrete surface. It could also belong to a friend, relative, or customer.
If you don't own the property, you'll need permission from the property owner. Every project must also be reviewed and approved by AIC before training can be confirmed.
What types of projects qualify for hosting?
Garage floors, patios, and other suitable concrete surfaces may qualify. AIC reviews the surface condition, project size, accessibility, location, working conditions, and suitability for hands-on instruction.
You can provide project details and photographs with your application. Approval is required before training can be scheduled.
Is there a maximum project size?
The host materials benefit applies to approved coating materials for up to 600 square feet, available at AIC cost plus applicable freight.
Larger projects may be considered individually, but additional materials, labor, or project requirements must be reviewed with AIC. Approval of a larger project is not automatic.
What's the difference between public and private hosting?
Public Host costs $4,995 per company at limited-time founders pricing. It includes one training attendee from your company and one complete Business Launch package. Other registered businesses may participate in the same training event.
Private Host costs $8,995 per company at limited-time founders pricing. It includes exclusive two-day training for up to three people from your company, plus one complete Business Launch package. No outside businesses attend your private session.
Both formats require an approved training project and scheduling confirmation from AIC.
Can additional employees attend with our Business Launch package?
Yes. With Public Host, one attendee is included and additional employees from the same company can attend for $999 per person, subject to available capacity and approval.
Private Host includes up to three attendees from the same company. Contact AIC to discuss any special arrangements beyond that.
Each company receives one Business Launch package, regardless of the number of training attendees. Additional attendees do not receive separate websites or advertising setups.
What exactly is included in Business Launch?
Business Launch includes two days of hands-on coatings installation training, a customized company-owned WordPress website, initial local Google Search advertising setup, and practical sales, marketing, estimating, follow-up, and business operations resources.
Website and advertising preparation can begin before training. The goal is to help your company become ready to attract potential customers within days after training, although timing and results are not guaranteed.

Does AIC actually set up and launch my Google Ads campaign?
Yes. Business Launch includes the configuration of an initial local Google Search campaign, including keywords, ad groups, responsive search ads, geographic targeting, negative keywords, a landing page, and contact form and phone conversion tracking.
The campaign is activated after your approval and is subject to Google's approval. You own the advertising account and pay your advertising budget directly. Ongoing Google Ads management is not included.
Do I own my website, and is the monthly membership required?
Yes, your company owns its completed WordPress website. The first month of website hosting is included with Business Launch.
Afterward, you can choose our optional $79/month founding member plan, which includes website hosting, routine WordPress maintenance, automated off-site backups, access to shared business resources, and member product incentives.
Membership is not required, and you can arrange hosting elsewhere. Individual website changes, new pages, personalized consulting, and ongoing advertising management are not included in the membership.
Are coating materials included in the tuition?
No. For an approved host project, eligible coating materials for up to 600 square feet are available for purchase at AIC cost, plus applicable freight.
Material quantities, products, and any additional project costs are determined during the project review and approval process.
What other expenses should I plan for?
In addition to program tuition, project materials, and freight, you should budget for normal business startup or expansion expenses. These may include installation equipment, insurance, business registration, and operating costs.
Google Ads spending is also separate from Business Launch tuition. Any unusual project preparation or site requirements should be discussed with AIC before enrollment.
When do I pay for Business Launch?
There is no payment required with your host application. If AIC approves your hosting opportunity, we'll review the program, applicable costs, enrollment terms, and next steps before you commit.
What if my project isn't suitable for hosting?
You may still be able to attend a scheduled public class or participate in Business Launch at another available training location. AIC can discuss alternatives based on your location and training goals.
Is Business Launch a franchise?
No. Business Launch is a training and business-development program designed to help you establish or expand your own independent concrete coatings company. You retain ownership and control of your business.
